Tickets from 2020 Season and COVID-19 Protocols
If you purchased tickets for our 2020 season, your tickets have automatically been updated in early May 2021 for our 2021 season. Due to changes to our schedule and New York State social distancing requirements, we may have made changes to your ticket dates or seats. The day of your week and performance time did not change, but the week may have. In most cases, your seats would have only moved by a row or to the other side of the theater; however, due to the popularity of Sunday performances, more significant changes may have been made on these dates. You can always request a new email confirmation with your most up-to-date reservation information and a copy of your tickets by entering your email address at the bottom of this page.
Due to COVID-19, we have relaxed our ticketing policies to allow you to make ticketing changes that our comfortable to you. Season tickets purchased for our 2020 season may be used for any performances during our 2021 or 2022 seasons. Individual tickets purchased from January 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021 may be exchanged for any performance during our 2021 season, have the value converted to a gift card, or converted to a tax-deductible donation. Due to limited capacity, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are scheduled for if you will be unable to attend. If a member of your party is feeling ill o exhibiting any of the sympomts of COVID-19, contact us via email and do not attend the performance. Current COVID-19 Protocols for Theater Patrons (as of 05/03/2021... please check back within a few days of your performance date):
A mask covering your nose and mouth needs to be worn except when seated to actively eat food or drink a beverage
Reserved seating will leave 2 seats to the left or right of you and another party. You can see "socially distanced" bloked seats on the seating chart for any performance. The row behind and in front of you will be empty. If your party is ticketed in two separate reservations, please email the box office to have your seats placed together. In the event the social distancing rules are changed, blocked seating will be adjusted and your seats might move slightly.
Food and drink (either from the snack bar or outside) can only be consumed while sitting, either in the theater or our outdoor seating areas
If you or a member of your party has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 10 days or is experiening symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the performance. Contact the box office by email
You can make changes to your tickets at anytime by clicking the "Exchange my Tickets" link in your order confirmation email. If your email does not have an Exchange link or you wish to have your ticket order re-sent with tickets with the correct dates, enter your email address below and you should receive a new confirmation within a few minutes. If you have any problems, you can contact us at the email address above. There should be no charge for exchanging your tickets. If the system tries charging you for an exchange, please send us an email with the details of your request so we can process it for you at no charge.
If you are not ready to attend live events yet, please let us know so we can release your tickets to others.
